The PPR plugin has been divided into 2 components:
IQSS Peer Pre-Review Program Plugin
IQSS Peer Pre-Review Reviews Report
both of them can be configured by clicking the arrow next to their name and selecting the settings option under:
Settings > Website > Plugins
